I haven't been purchasing much makeup lately since my YouTube hiatus. So I figured I should continue with this by participating in Project 10 Pan. For those who don't know, Project 10 Pan is using up 10 items before purchasing any new ones. I know some makeup gurus are strictly makeup; however, I'm a little more versatile with my blog so I'm going to include all beauty products.
